¡Flipo estuvo de visita en la biblioteca infantil del CRA! Con su cuento Uno, dos, tres, ¡patas al revés!, el humor de Flipo divirtió a los estudiantes desde el primer momento. Encantados con la historia de los tres amigos: el gato, la rata y la bola, los estudiantes se adentraron en un mundo que, a medida que los personajes juegan, se va poniendo patas arriba.
El 20 de septiembre, los estudiantes de primer grado tuvieron la oportunidad de ir más allá de la simple lectura del cuento y hacerle a Flipo todas las preguntas que tenían sobre su maravillosa e hilarante historia: ¿La historia está inspirada en la vida real? ¿El mundo queda al revés para siempre? ¿Cómo cambiaron las ilustraciones del cuento desde su primera versión hasta la definitiva? Guiados por las rimas y las imágenes del cuento, los estudiantes pudieron imaginar un universo mucho más grande del que existía en las páginas.
Flipo recibió a los estudiantes con calidez y estuvo dispuesto a responder sus preguntas. Les mostró los borradores del cuento y las mil y una versiones que pasaron por revisión antes de ser publicadas; los colores, formas y personalidades que tenían los personajes antes de convertirse en aquellos que los estudiantes tanto quisieron. Así mismo, pudieron conocer lo que implica el proceso de escribir, ilustrar y editar un libro antes de que llegara a sus manos (con autógrafo y nota personalizada de Flipo, por supuesto).

Flipo was visiting the CRA children's library! With his story One, two, three, upside down paws, Flipo's humor amused the students from the very first moment. Delighted with the story of the three friends: the cat, the rat and the ball, the students entered a world that, as the characters play, turns upside down.
On September 20, the first graders had the opportunity to go beyond just reading the story and ask Flipo all the questions they had about his wonderful and hilarious story: Is the story inspired by real life? Is the world turned upside down forever? How did the illustrations of the story change from the first version to the final version? Guided by the rhymes and images in the story, students were able to imagine a much larger universe than existed on the pages.
Flipo welcomed the students warmly and was willing to answer their questions. He showed them the drafts of the story and the thousand and one versions that went through revision before being published; the colors, shapes and personalities that the characters had before they became the ones the students loved so much. They were also able to learn about the process of writing, illustrating and editing a book before it reached their hands (with Flipo's autograph and personalized note, of course).
