Olga Johanna Tröger Peña, exalumna de la promoción 1994 del Colegio Rochester, ha forjado una carrera excepcional en el mundo empresarial y tecnológico. Con más de 25 años de experiencia en Alemania, se ha consolidado como una líder en excelencia operativa, gestión estratégica y transformación digital.
Su trayectoria académica incluye estudios en Finanzas y Relaciones Internacionales en la Universidad Externado de Colombia y en el Institut d'Études Politiques de París. Posteriormente, complementó su formación con certificaciones como Lean Six Sigma Black Belt y un MBA Essentials en la London School of Economics.
Durante 18 años, Olga desempeñó un rol clave en eBay Alemania, donde lideró proyectos estratégicos en Europa, optimizando la eficiencia operativa en servicio al cliente, logística y envíos. En diciembre de 2023, dio un paso audaz al fundar Tröger Peña International Consulting, una firma especializada en excelencia operativa, liderazgo empresarial y transformación digital. En 2024, cofundó AIQ Europe, una organización enfocada en la implementación estratégica y ética de la inteligencia artificial, y el EntscheidungsInstitut, un think tank que estudia la toma de decisiones gerenciales.
Convencida de que la educación es el pilar del progreso, Olga dedica gran parte de su tiempo a democratizar el acceso al conocimiento sobre inteligencia artificial, promoviendo su uso responsable. Como conferencista y escritora, busca inspirar a futuras generaciones a liderar con ética y compromiso social.
El Colegio Rochester dejó una huella imborrable en su vida. La solidez académica, la pasión por el aprendizaje y el desarrollo integral que experimentó fueron clave en su camino profesional. "El colegio me enseñó a pensar críticamente, a cuestionar, a comunicarme de manera efectiva y a desarrollar una visión holística del mundo", afirma Olga.
Para los estudiantes de hoy, Olga comparte un mensaje clave:"No tengan miedo de explorar nuevas ideas y cuestionar lo establecido. La curiosidad y el aprendizaje continuo son esenciales en un mundo en constante cambio. Encuentren su pasión, rodéense de personas que los inspiren y trabajen con ética y compromiso. La educación es su mayor herramienta para transformar el futuro".
Hoy, su visión es clara: contribuir a un futuro más equitativo e informado, donde la tecnología sea una herramienta para el bienestar global y el desarrollo sostenible.

Alumni Center Coordinator Olga Johanna Tröger Peña, a graduate of Rochester School’s Class of 1994, has built an outstanding career in the business and technology sectors. With more than 25 years of experience in Germany, she has established herself as a leader in operational excellence, strategic management, and digital transformation.
Her academic background includes studies in Finance and International Relations at Universidad Externado de Colombia and the Institut d'Études Politiques in Paris. She later complemented her education with certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and an MBA Essentials from the London School of Economics.
For 18 years, Olga played a key role at eBay Germany, where she led strategic projects across Europe, optimizing operational efficiency in customer service, logistics, and shipping. In December 2023, she took a bold step by founding Tröger Peña International Consulting, a firm specializing in operational excellence, business leadership, and digital transformation. In 2024, she co-founded AIQ Europe, an organization focused on the strategic and ethical implementation of artificial intelligence, and the EntscheidungsInstitut, a think tank dedicated to studying managerial decision-making.
Convinced that education is the cornerstone of progress, Olga devotes much of her time to democratizing access to knowledge about artificial intelligence, advocating for its responsible use. As a speaker and writer, she seeks to inspire future generations to lead with ethics and social commitment.
Rochester School left an indelible mark on her life. The institution’s academic strength, passion for learning, and holistic development were instrumental in shaping her professional journey. “The school taught me to think critically, to question, to communicate effectively, and to develop a holistic view of the world,” Olga says.
For today’s students, Olga shares a key message:"Do not be afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo. Curiosity and continuous learning are essential in an ever-changing world. Find your passion, surround yourself with people who inspire you, and work with ethics and commitment. Education is your most powerful tool for shaping the future."
Today, her vision is clear: to contribute to a more equitable and informed future, where technology serves as a tool for global well-being and sustainable development.
