The Natural Science team, and some teachers from other subjects interest in astronomy, attend a workshop about the use of telescopes.
We applied some physics and math concepts, learned about solar spots, geographical and magnetic North and found connections with different subject in order to create integrated projects.
The Science department will continue with these workshops in order to continue preparing and innovating to share new knowledge and skills with students.
El área de Ciencias Naturales y algunos docentes de otras áreas tomaron un taller de manejo de telescopios. Se aplicaron conceptos físicos y matemáticos, y así mismo, se aprendió sobre manchas solares, el norte magnético y geográfico, y se encontraron conexiones para la creación de futuros proyectos integradores con indiferentes materias.
El área de Ciencias seguirá promoviendo este tipo de encuentros para seguir preparándonos e innovando en clase.
