PK Students approach the English language with a proposed unit or project theme. The lessons are always introduced with a video, chant or song sung by children in classrooms around the world, a photo, presentation of one to five vocabulary words with video or audio and a chant song or poem. A variety of activities help familiarize children with the theme and the new vocabulary.
Teaching the song or chant using gestures and repeating the same grammatical structure, helps children learn by doing and interacting with their environment.
Students were able to demonstrate their English skills at the last learning presentation, with a chant Panda Bear, the theme of our project “Wild animals of China”. A perfect way to learn and teach.

Resumen: Los estudiantes de Pre Jardín tienen un acercamiento al inglés por medio de una unidad propuesta o un tema específico del proyecto en el que trabajan. La introducción se presenta con un video, canción, imagen y presentación con las palabras del vocabulario nuevo, el cual contiene un audio. Una variedad de actividades, ayudan a los niños a familiarizarse con el tema y el nuevo vocabulario. Enseñar la canción o el poema utilizando movimientos y gestos así como repitiendo la misma estructura gramatical ayuda a los niños a aprender, sintiéndose seguros y exitosos. En la última presentación de aprendizaje, los estudiantes pudieron demostrar sus habilidades en inglés con el poema Panda Bear, tema de nuestro proyecto “Animales salvajes de China”. Una forma perfecta de aprender y enseñar.
