Dance Team Initiation
Description: Through this dance group, we promote the love of dance and the importance of facial and body expression, from non-verbal language, bringing students closer to the world around them from the knowledge of their own body. We invite you to discover your movement skills, based on the 4 elements of dance: body, space, time and energy flow, channeling your creative potential. We work in a special way on posture, alignment, flexibility, coordination, rhythm and the 7 basic types of locomotion in the total space, using multiple tools that range from the appropriation of the technical bases of dance, improvisation, reading stories and painting one's own body.

Theater
Description: Discover the magic of theater in our community activity. Join us to explore acting, storytelling, and collaboration. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our program offers engaging rehearsals, workshops and productions. Dance in Aerial Fabrics
Description: Aerial dance, also known as 'aerial gymnastics' or 'acrobatics on canvas' is a discipline that arises from a process of fusion and evolution of several other sports and artistic disciplines. It is a combination of ballet, theater, acrobatics and circus arts. The choreography or performance is performed suspended in the air using one or more fabrics, and the scenic result is spectacular. It is an original, fun and complete practice that requires a balance of body, mind and spirit.

triathlon
Description: Triathlon is an Olympic sport that involves 3 sports disciplines, swimming, cycling and running, which are carried out in order and without interruption between one race and the next. In these classes the 3 disciplines are worked on, focusing on comprehensive health, the development of resistance, cardio-respiratory capacity and muscular function, always mediated by constructive habits.

Orchestral Ensemble
Description: The Orchestral Ensemble represents Rochester School through the interpretation of diverse musical styles, based on individual responsibility and teamwork. It is part of the Music School and is made up of students from 5th to 11th grade. The performance of live repertoire and other projects are the means to apply the learning of theoretical musical concepts, as well as fundamental technical skills, always seeking quality staging. The Conjunto Mayor has accompanied several musical theater works, some of them original, performing the entire repertoire live.

¿Cómo se facturan las Actividades Comunitarias y el Club Deportivo?En relación a la facturación de las actividades, el proceso es el siguiente: Una vez inscrita la actividad y el transporte en la matrícula o por el portal de solicitudes dentro de las fechas establecidas, la información será enviada a facturación y cartera para iniciar los cobros. La inscripción implica el compromiso de participación durante los meses del semestre. Para reportar retiros de actividades o cambios en el transporte, deben enviar una notificación formal del 1 al 14 de cada mes a través de solicitudes, adjuntando documentos justificativos como incapacidades o registros médicos. Solo con justificación médica se realizarán retiros. En caso contrario, se entenderá que el estudiante continúa hasta el final del semestre y deberá abonar el 100% del valor de la actividad.La facturación se efectúa del 16 al 30 de cada mes de manera anticipada. Es fundamental mencionar que los cobros se realizan por inscripción y no por asistencia.

¿Qué es el Club Deportivo?En el Colegio Rochester, el Club Deportivo potencializa los procesos formativos a través de la práctica deportiva especializada, aquí se fomenta el bienestar y salud de los estudiantes-deportistas y los prepara dar respuesta efectiva a situaciones cotidianas en una vida tendiente a la globalización, cada vez más competitiva. ¿Qué son las Actividades Comunitarias o ECO?ECO es el programa de Actividades Comunitarias del Colegio Rochester, diseñado para complementar la formación académica de los estudiantes de J a 11° a través de experiencias enriquecedoras en diversas áreas, como deportes, artes y habilidades prácticas.
