REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR

CURRENT PK-10 STUDENTS

2024-2025

Dear Prekindergarten to Tenth Grade Parents:

We appreciate the trust and support you have given us by allowing us to be participants in your children's educational process. Please take into account the following dates to carry out the registration process for the following school year 2023-2024:

Thursday

June 13th

End of P-10th class and early departure of students for promotion committees

Wednesday, June 19 to Friday, June 21

Ordinary Enrollments, (students who have been promoted as of June 18)

Fully Competent Learning Courses for students authorized by the Promotion Committee

Extraordinary Registration Registration with a 20% increase in Registration Fee due to late registration. Those who contract the school transportation service on this date will only have the option of service to bus stops and not to the residence.

Registration for old students will be done through our OpenApply admissions system for the registration form and subsequently our online payment application linked to our ERP system, called SAP B1. It is essential that they have carried out the audiometry and orthoptic diagnosis (not ophthalmology) for no more than 12 months, as well as being at peace and safe for all reasons, before carrying it out.

Please take into account the instructions below to renew the educational and associated services contract.

BEFORE YOU START

It is our commitment to offer the best experience in carrying out the virtual registration process, for which we ask you to keep the following in mind:

  • Have completed step 1 of updating data and reserving a place in ALMA Start.

  • Have been authorized to enroll by the Promotion Committee.

  • Be at peace and safe financially with both the College treasury and your Diners de Davivienda credit card.

  • Be safe and at peace with the Learning Resource Center on book loans, imported library and institutional iPad.

  • Have the student code on hand.

  • Have the following documents digitized in PDF format:

    • Orthoptic diagnosis (from orthoptist optometrist maximum of 12 months ago)

    • Audiometry diagnosis (maximum 12 months)

    • Those who did not take the exams at school will be able to take them quickly at the following places:

  • Payment can be made from Diners Davivienda, if they are paying the monthly payments through that system, or by PSE (debit or credit card), if they are paying directly to the school for some reason. Those who wish to pay the year in advance and receive a financial discount on pension and services of 6%, or pay 5 months in advance and receive a financial discount on pension and services of 3%, please submit a request through our portal https: //rochester.edu.co/solicitudes/ , choosing the Billing option, to send them the settlement. In the case of paying by PSE debit, remember to configure your bank account for the amount of the tuition or the year in advance, as you have chosen.

  • Have a stable Internet connection and use a trusted device that allows you to attach documents.

Registration Process

To your registered email we will send an email with the notification of the start of the process, sent by the School with the following subject:

Click the link shown in the image to open the OpenApply portal in your browser.

If you do not receive the email to start the process, it may be because the student has not passed the degree or has something pending in his or her peace and security. They may also submit a request for tuition assistance through our application portal (https://www.rochester.edu.co/student-life/requests).

STEP 2
Enter OpenApply with the link in the email

Once you view the OpenApply portal in the browser, click on the link as it appears in the image and then confirm the use of the quota.

Then, completely fill out the registration form for 2024-25 (data protection, health, requested services and contract.

You can also choose the “Undecided” option if you are undecided about whether or not to continue at Rochester and want to take some time to think about it. You will receive reminders from the School so that you can define the space, although the School will have the space at the end of June if you do not receive confirmation.

STEP 3
Enter the school payment application and pay

Once you have finished confirming the use of the space and completing the registration form in OpenApply, you will receive an email with instructions to make the payment and complete the registration.

Click the link as shown in the image.

Enter the student code and click Enter.

⚠️ Remember: To enter the registration payment portal and perfect the process, you must be safe and sound for all reasons.

Here you will also be able to choose the location of the student's residence for the purposes of the transportation fee and the extra-class community activities that you want for your child, which can only be registered semiannually at this time or in December.
